Employees at the reception were kind and accomodative.

Insufficient car park. Pillow case was dirty and bathroom did have toothpaste.

my room was very clean and there is tasty breakfast. even the batu berendam airport was not so far.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. the value for money was impressive. Considering the affordable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail throughout the hotel. Additionally, the location in the jungle provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including a comfortable queen bed. Moreover, the breakfast offered a decent selection to start the day.

The breafeast choice was limited and the food taste most of them normal even not good as comparde to food court at Jusco of Air Keroh which I went on the same day after check out.

the swimming pool was also a great addition for families with children and I was able to relax and enjoy the scenery. the hotel's proximity to nearby tourist attractions made it a convenient location for exploring the area.

The breakfast was quite disappointing as it was an ordering system which took longer than expected. there was limited maintenance done in the rooms and amenities such as Wi-Fi were not readily available.

I loved staying at this hotel for many reasons. the hotel was spotless and well-maintained, and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the location is perfect - close to many attractions in Ayer Keroh and even near to the highway exit. I also enjoyed the beautiful greenery surroundings and ambience as it was so inviting and calming. Lastly, the staff was incredible, and the breakfast spread was delicious; it was perfect to start my day.

Actualy, there is nothing that i like about this hotel.

The staff is not as friendly. On my second night there, i came back at night and found ants crawling around on my bed. And the carpet floor was not vacuumed. The room had a foul smell and i have to keep on spraying air freshner that i had bought earlier. I don't really enjoy the stay and i think it will be my last time there.

Location is quite strategic to visite historical area in Melaka. Very close to the newly open Hypermarket (Mydin) easy & convenience

One aspect I really appreciated about this hotel was the value for money. Despite being slightly higher priced, especially during peak season, the room rates were reasonable considering the overall experience. Additionally, the rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable stay.

Staff at Breakfast restuarant cannot understand english

Although location is at an outskirt of Melaka City, it still quite near to other recreational sites. Probably the best Seri malaysia hotel compared to other Seri Malaysia in other states as it has swimming pool!

May improve on staff attitude - front counter and restaurant - not very friendly. Room service staff is okay.
